Unfortunately, today, the answer is usually “no.” More often than not, when we say we are trying to be healthier, what we actually mean is we’re trying to lose weight, we are trying to be “skinnier.” There is a big difference between being skinny and being healthy. Just look at the obesity trends in our country. We have more weightloss programs than ever, yet we are also sicker and heavier than ever, proving the “get skinny” theory doesn’t work. When you work with me, I become your coach and teammate to a healthier you. In many cases, the results will include weight loss, but with my approach, it will never be the primary focus of what we do. Why? Because I care about you and your results.
